Click Print this page - 1 page will print ~ Return * Your Casablanca unit must have: o Smart Edit 7, Smart Edit 8, or Bogart SE OS 2 active as well as the following 2 add-on software products installed and activated (not in Demo Mode) o Disk Transfer o DVD Arabesk 4 If the absence of Disk Transfer (or the expense of purchasing it) is the obstacle keeping you from registering for this workshop - I have a remedy. I am happy to offer to send you a miniDV tape of the workshop footage that would need to be loaded in & split prior to the workshop. This makes sense if Disk Transfer is not something you see a big need for apart from this workshop. After you have registered Contact me (Chet Davis) directly via email (chet@chetdavis.com) to take advantage of this option. Other software that must be active or installed and/or in the 'demo' mode includes: o Akaba - New Concept o BlueBox World (not just BlueBox but Blue Box World) o Magic Lights o Audio Effects Pack You will be provided with the Disk Transfer DVD upon set-up on Tuesday morning. We will load the workshop footage as part of our first day activities. * Recommended list of items for each person to bring: Here is a list of equipment to bring for the hands-on workshop: o Your Casablanca Editor o Your TV/Video monitor or VGA monitor/s o Power cords for BOTH your Casablanca & your monitor/s o S-video or RCA/Phono cable for video monitor connection o VGA cable if using VGA monitor o RCA/Phono paired audio cable for monitor o Trackball for Casablanca o Keyboard for Casablanca o Short USB extension cable (came with Casablanca - totally optional but useful) o USB Flash Drive (Kingston Data Traveller or PNY Attache - 2 GB or smaller) o Power bar/Power Strip and *AC cord 5' to 10' (*optional but very helpful) o Your software activation code sheet (optional - but potentially helpful) |
